From Mike and Kelly Panoch:
When one walks into their 2–story home, the last thing they expect to see is water coming from every light fixture in their kitchen. When this does happen, the emotions are so overwhelming that one is almost in a state of shock.
After shutting off the water, I made a phone call to my insurance agent, and they suggested calling Reconstruction 380 because they are a preferred company of my insurance. A call was made, and they arrived quickly. They began diagnosing the damage, and brought in the equipment needed to dry out all 3 levels of our home.
We were introduced to a project manager that patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through the multiple steps of restoring our home. So many worries were alleviated with their willingness to meet with both us and our agent as the damage was assessed. Their knowledge about what needed to be done and their reputation has created a trusting relationship with my insurance company, and in my opinion helped quicken the process.
Once the home was dry, and we were ready to restore our home, we met with highly knowledgeable and trained professionals in their field. Each one was patient and understanding as we continued to move forward in the process. Our project manager was extremely patient, and explained every step to us so that we would be able to make thoughtful decisions.
After almost 3 months, we were finally able to move back into our home. There were so many questions we had, and we experienced so many emotions throughout the process. Reconstruction 380 was there every step of the way. They helped make an extremely stressful situation less stressful because they know what to do, and they do it well. We are grateful for how they helped us get through this time.
